Baldwin County Resources is led by Lillian Taylor Norris, a public relations professional, writer, strategist, publisher, and local storyteller whose work centers around connecting people with information, opportunities, resources, and one another.
Through Baldwin County Resources and her work across local media and community platforms, Lillian helps businesses, nonprofits, families, and community leaders find meaningful ways to connect, communicate, be seen, and grow.
Her work sits at the intersection of public relations, community development, storytelling, practical strategy, and relationship building.
Baldwin County Resources grew from that same philosophy: when people know where to find the right resources, and when the people doing good work have meaningful ways to be discovered, stronger communities are created.
Lillian has served as editor-in-chief of Gulf Coast City Lifestyle Magazine for the past 3.5 years, where she has helped share stories, highlight local businesses, and celebrate the people and places that make the Gulf Coast special.
